Meditation Prescription for Sleep

Meditation prescriptions are digital packages created to help with specific issues. They each include four recordings, and a pdf guide.


This presription is created to help aid those who struggle with sleep. The recordings included are:

A before-bed mindfulness practice 

A walking meditation helpful for restless bodies 

A body scan meditation which helps train the mind and body to relax. A peaceful 20 minute guided visualization meditation designed to put you into a totally relaxed state. 

The pdf guide includes sleep hygiene practices and journaling prompts to help you improve your sleep habits.
