Monday night Meditation Series 

During this series you will learn practices to help you enjoy the holiday season more deeply and mindfully. We will discuss compassionate communication, mindful eating, gratitude, joy and more!

Meditation Exploration

Are you interested in learning how to meditate? This is a donation-based class that meets every Wednesday evening after Inner Warrior's community yoga class. You will learn the basics of meditation, and enjoy some peaceful guided meditations.
